We stand by everything we build. If there is a defect in workmanship or materials, or if you manage to wear it out through heavy use, we will repair or replace your gear at no cost to you.
How do I choose the right size rucksack?
Rucksack sizing depends on your height and intended use. The GR1 21L is ideal for those under 6 feet, while the 26L is better for those over 6 feet or needing extra capacity for EDC and travel.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship GORUCK gear worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items in new, unwashed, and unused condition. Please note that items used in a GORUCK Challenge event are not eligible for return but are covered by our lifetime guarantee.
How do I clean my rucksack after an event?
We recommend hand washing your ruck in a bathtub with mild soap and cold water. Hang it to dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Never put your gear in a washing machine or dryer.
