We stand by our gear with the SCARS Lifetime Guarantee, offering free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unwashed condition with original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and print it directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
